Party

Your party will be on Boss's Bar side of the property. This room features an open concept room that can seat 80 guests, bar, & caterers kitchen.

3 hour minimum for $150

$100 for each additional hour (5 hours max)

If more than 5 hours, a full day rental is required for $1000

*please note parties can be booked no more than 2 months in advance* 

• Your choice of 60” round tables or 8’ rectangle tables 

• Chairs 

• Access to caterers kitchen & bar

• Bathrooms

• Parking 

• Bluetooth Speaker

• Table Linens can be added for $10 each

- We have a list of preferred vendors however, renters may select any vendors (caterer, entertainment, etc) as they wish. Vendors are responsible for cleaning the area they used during the event.
-Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted by law to serve or consume alcohol. 
-If you plan on serving alcohol at your event a licensed  & insured bartender must be employed.  You must provide the alcohol, it must stay behind the bar, guests are not allowed behind the bar, and a bartender will need to be present. 

Additional rental terms and conditions will be provided at time of booking and building procedures will be emailed and provided on day of event.
